Abducted is about a girl named Cassie who faces every middle school girl's worst nightmare, drifting apart from her best friend. Unfortunately for her, the situation is way, way more complicated than that.

I was writing this book in a pillow-soft, fuzzy, hot-pink notebook that was impossible to miss by both my classmates, and unfortunately for me, my teachers at the time. This was before I learned the art of subtly writing in class. So, I was caught writing and asked to pay attention several times while writing this book. And, I became known as the girl who wrote in her diary at school, no matter how many times I told my classmates that I was writing a book. Of course, they didn't believe me until I paraded it around once it was done.

I'm definitely happy with how it came out though I do question my choice in writing a half-mystery, half-science-fiction novel.
