The story of a girl who "wakes one night walking down the tree lined highway between two country towns. At first she is afraid she has amnesia but soon realizes the truth, she is a ghost. So goes her story as she tries to find a place to call home, meeting a few who can "see" her on her travels; then finally meeting Hector. Hector can't see her but he brings her something she longs for even more; the heat of the living and the love of a lifetime.

On a search for a good book to read, Jobi found herself disappointed with the choices she found. She decided then to write her own story, and since then has written a number of books. She has found as she writes it is as if the stories are telling themselves to her, and she just writes what they say. It's a great adventure and she hopes someone someday can enjoy her stories as much as she has loved writing them.
