She is the Owner of Empassion Certified Child Welfare Training, where she provides pre-service and in-service training for foster and adoptive parents, helping families build safe, nurturing, and supportive homes for children.
Guided by her Christian faith, Shai strives for excellence in all that she does and believes that every child is a precious gift from God. She recognizes that each stage of a child's development is valuable and should be cherished, even during life's most challenging moments.
Shai's passion is to educate, inspire, and advocate for children and families while helping others see the world through the eyes of a child whose story is still being written.
