This collection details the evolution of a young girl as she experiences all of the pleasures and pains of falling in love for the first time. Spanning multiple years, "All and...Chemistry" is a love story-not only about two girls discovering all the right and wrong ways to love each other, but also how to love themselves. The multi-part narrative explores co-dependancy, emotional abuse, friendship, forgiveness, self-care, and second chances. Featuring unedited excerpts from Wright's journals, conversations with her love, and unfinished lines, "All and...Chemistry" is brimmed with raw honesty and will remind readers what it feels like to be young and in love.
McKinley Wright is an 18 year old girl from North Carolina. Going to predominately minority schools growing up, as well as being gay, McKinley plans to get an interdisciplinary degree in entrepreneurship and non-profit work so that she can make social changes in the world around her. Above all, Wright aspires to be happy and loved, with hopes to make others feel the same way.
