Disabled Veteran, Mother of One, and Caregiver to Family: I Carrie Bell (Lance) Harrell-Winns,known as "MsCarrieBell" was born October 2, 1948. (Dunber) Georgetown, South Carolina. The third child of ten children born to The Late Rev. Thomas Sidney & Sis. Florine Canteen Lance. Choppee High School graduate, 1967. Moved to New York, joined The United States Army,1969; E5 Rank in less than three years. "HONORABLY DISCHARGED" Attended Bronx Community College, Mercy College, College of New Rochelle, New Rochelle, New York; Undergraduate and Graduate College. Graduated with Master of Science, 1995. Moved back to South Carolina, attended Webster University, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With only 6 credits from a second Master Degree, I suffered three car accidents rendering me disabled.THE END!
