This cookbook is in honor of my Aunt Carol. I looked through her recipe box and chose those recipes which brought back the fondest memories.
Many of the recipes were were given to my Aunt from her closest friends and family. I am proud to be able to have been able to sort through this treasure.

Recipes selected by her niece, Shelly Hartmann. Carol Birkholz was my only Aunt, and my Godmother. She would have done anything for me or anyone in my family. I put this cookbook together in her memory.
