These are recipes that I have created myself. I know everybody makes a chicken casserole, but not like mine LOL!

My name is Kristie Gilliians, Im 44 yrs old, born with Spina Bifida, confined to a wheelchair & was not supposed to live past the age of 20! At the age of 21 I got married. I didn’t really know how to cook much. I took Home Ec. in school, & baked cookies at home, but not much beyond that. I married a country boy, so I had to learn quick how to make biscuits & gravy, baked mac & cheese & all those good homestyle country goodies. I found by experimenting that I LOVE TO COOK!!! I am confined to a wheelchair, but I was NOT going to let that stop me!!! When you are physically challenged you learn to do things the way that is easiest for you & still get the job done! I am also an interpreter for the deaf & I always said God knew He was going to csll me into the deaf ministry & that's why my arms are not paralyzed & Hes also allowed me to use my hands & arms to cook for my family & friends which I really enjoy! For with God I have EVERYTHING & without God I have NOTHING!!!
