Sky Havens lives on a ranch with her father. She's grown used to the wild outdoors and the stories that plague the petite town she lives in. After all, the echoing howl among the forest their ranch inhabits says they have a wolf running around.

Sky never believed what she hears until she sees it, but that changes when she finds herself in a situation a girl is never supposed to be in. Especially, of her species running into another that shouldn't have ever lived or populated. Finding someone as stubborn as she is, she is determined to understand the stories she hears so often. But, not all of them are true, in fact some remain as rumors.

Though, more wolves are joining Jacklyn Hill and there is more cries at night. When a single wolf turns into a pack of blood-driven beasts, Sky finds her fate intertwined with the lone wolf. Safer with the monster than her own father, she experiences a gory nightmare and a love she never knew existed.

Can Sky survive the myth of a stranger's kind?
