The culture expresses careless behavior and neglects the importance of a healthy marriage. The narration shows that this is not right and what is expected. The neighboring village adjacent to their own (which is quite a long distance) is the complete opposite and should be the ideal foundation to family life that the Ogres have not yet adopted.
