This is the start of an idea. An idea that I am not sure will transpire. Let's try it anyway.
I have been thinking, reading, and dreaming about ways to engage employees. It is certainly not something that can be done or changed overnight; it is intangible, so what it it?
Over the last few months, I have observed and learned a lot about departments, processes, and procedures in the organization. I have met many people and dealt with many issues. The ONE THING that always stands out is that People are here because WE BELIEVE that WE are and will make a difference, and each and every one of us want to be a part of it.
I would like to endeavor to record this Passion and Higher Calling of Ours, as we continue to CARE for our patients and their family; to LEARN and improve; and to Find ANSWERS that will conquer cancer.
