How has helping others reach their goals contributed to your personal fitness and weight loss success? .

I came to believe it as a result of my exposure of my weight loss helps other people as much as it helps myself. I love it when people tell me there weight loss stories because it makes me look back at my life and see where I came from and where I need to go. Weight loss is one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. I call weight loss my 3rd job. When I see other people reach there goals it allows me to push harder to reach my goals. I have to say one thing that keeps me going everyday is when my son tells me that he is proud of me and everything I have done, and tells me that I am the best MOM in the world.
