There has been a string of mass murders in Elkins, West Virginia by an unknown killer. As the police are trying everything they know to catch this killer, the citizens of Elkins are horrified of opening their front doors. Who is this mass murderer and how many will they kill? The citizens only know one thing. The moon has never been more bloody.
