Its about a girl named Alaina Rose who goes to pointe class a type of hard ballet and enters a dancing contest and wins and gets to go to Broadway to star in a danceical and her best friend, Joanna moves to California because she thinks Alaina likes being the star instead of being her friend and Alaina tries to find a way to get Joanna back from a long distance hating each other.
