Introduction
Mayom County has been an administrative division of Unity State in South Sudan's Greater Upper Nile regions since 1997, and it is located to the west of Bentiu. Mayom serves as the county's headquarters. The county has then, ten payams, after inclusion of newly administrative payam Rial thiang, made it 11 under the jurisdiction of Mayom County include Kuerbone, Pub, Mankien and Wang-kei, Rial thiang, Kueryiek, Biehnyang, Riah, Gop, Ruadthnyibol and wangbuor respectively.
