About Author
Barbara Hines is a wife, mother and grandmother. Her love for children inspired her return to education where she is a teachers aide at a faith based private school in Bullard, Texas.
A dream of hers has always been to write a book for her grandchildren to have for generations.
The muse of her first story is a very real character named TJ. She and her husband adopted the little donkey during an East Texas drought that left many ranchers struggling to care for their animals. As her husband often says, "TJ is the smartest animal on the farm, including us."
