A seahorse named butterscotch that got stuck in a wave that carried him away from his home. He then met a starfish named Lucille who was also stuck in the storm, so they decide to find their fammilies together. Then Lucille finds her family, and Butterscotch gets stuck in another storm! But the storm brings him back home!
