Cairo, located in Egypt, is Africa's largest city. Cairo is, and has been, the capital of Egypt since the time of Egyptian Dynasties. Today the place teems with activity as the modern world starts to influence the dry city. Even with islamic extremists threatening the government, it remains one of the worlds prime tourists destinations. From the ancient pyramids to the long flowing Nile river, this warm climate country is an ideal place to see the world from a different perspective.
