Its Chicago in the 1920's. Alexandra Carter spends to much money one day and her parents force her to get a job. She gets a job her parents wouldn't approve of which is being a Flapper. She ends up loving the job and when her parents find out they are not happy. She decides to go out on her own with her friend and live the life she always wanted.
