While a herd of ostriches are away from their nests, one of the eggs hatch. The baby ostrich ends up getting separated from his herd and does not know what to do. Not knowing what an ostrich looks like, he begins approaching different animals, and asking each of them, "If they have seen his family" and "Can we chill together?" Through his journey to find his family, he meets many different animals on an exciting adventure through Uganda.

About Author
Caroline Copeland was born on September 17, 1990 in Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up playing soccer, she loves to be active and play any sport. In her spare time she loves to volunteer hanging out with special education students. She is a college student at Georgia Southern University majoring in Mathematics with a minor in Exercise Science with a Coaching Behavior Emphasis. She plans on getting a masters in Special Education, where she one day would love to teach Mathematics or Special Education in high school.
