This book is from recipes that I have put together and have used in some of my restaurants that I had taken charge of. And some of these are from meals that I have been brought up on and cooked by my lovely mother when she was still here on the planet.

I am a Chef who have been in the business for 25+ years. i enjoy cooking and putting together different type of recipes. It has been my pleasure to have worked in various establishments when I have worked with other great Chefs to learn what I know now. I am always trying to better my skills right even until this day.
