The author of this cookbook is a Chinese girl that calls Zi Yi. She was interest in Chinese food when she was young. At 8 years old, she began to learn how to cook Chinese food. At 10 years old, she can cook for 12 people in Chinese New year by herself. At 12 years old, there are different kinds of people came to her house to have a dinner. The reason of why she love cook because she strongly believe cooking is the most important ability in people’s life. The idea for her to write this book is because she wants to help the English speaker to know more about cooking Chinese food.
