Emma and Link Hawman had a love for each other that was stronger than the hardship that fell over their lives. Each of them saw something noble that others did not see in them. With compassion and love they saved each other.

Ed Britton is the son of Allan Britton and Beth Britton (nee Hardy). He is married to Elise Britton (nee Kern). They have raised nine children. At this writing, they also have nine grand children, but that is sure to change! Ed and Elise live in Calgary, Alberta. They also lived for ten years in mainland China.
Ed has a love of writing and is dedicated to supporting strong families. He works to create, and to help others create, family legacies in photo-histories, and children's family story books.
