Sandy Green has lived her whole life in the hot, sunny town of Crystal Cove, California with her divorced mom. Sandy's life used to be great. But latley, things aren't going her way. Her boy friend has dumbed her, her friends are mad at her, and her mom has annonced she's getting re-married, and therefor, Sandy has to move up north with her dad. Way north, in the snowy ice town of Jueno Alaska. Sandy has a lot to leave behind her, and a lot of changes to make. And a lot of new secrets to find out about.
