This is a gift of recipes from our Mum, Blanche, to us.
I have assembled the recipes in alphabetical order to make them easy to find. You will notice a few blank pages.....these are to make additions that i may have left out.
As we know, Mum cut some corners, as all good cooks and time managers do.
This collection is the honest, straight to the point, best taste compilation of Mums accumulated recipes.
As we all grew up in different eras, i'm sure we have different memories of Mums cooking.
