This is a collection of my favorite recipes that I've made over the years. I've been blessed with knowing and loving many great cooks in my life, friends and family. We've laughed and cried over our get-togethers. So I'm sharing them with our younger generation, with hopes that they will enjoy being in the kitchen, creating and producing wonderful meals for their families.

I was brought up in a typical suburban family. I was the only girl in a family with three brothers. My parents always made sure we had lots of food on the table and could easily make room for friends or relatives that stopped by. I started baking in the summers, where we had a cottage in Lexington, MI. My brothers were my guinea pigs! I now love having parties at our home, baking and cooking for friends and family. My boys tease me about the fact that I make "Comfort Food", but I feel a meal around the table is a "Comfort" in our lives.
