The magical fairy, who was called Congress by her people, had two heads with two different minds! The real names of the girls heads were House of Representative, House for short, and Senate. Congress had magical powers which is why the people worshiped her. Her powers include passing laws and originating spending bills which were House's specialty, then impeaching officials and approving treaties were Senates specialty.
