In December of 2001, Major Eaton joined the New Century Composite Squadron. He has participated on over fifteen emergency services missions. As supply officer, he has received two exceptional and two outstanding inspection ratings. He was promoted to Deputy Commander of Cadets in 2006. To accommodate career demands, he transferred to the Cass County Composite Squadron, in the Missouri Wing. There, he served as emergency services and aerospace education officer. A career change led him back to the New Century Composite Squadron.
