Cooking has always been fun for me. I taught myself to cook for my parents and brother and sister on the farm many years ago during the early 1960's. I experimented and because they were hungry they ate what I fixed! I've gone thru many "phases" of cooking...healthy cooking, fattening cooking, diet cooking, stir fry, crock pot, italian. I've got a nice collection of recipes, but I think my favorite way to cook now is with lots of fresh ingredients in a simple, uncomplicated way.
