This book is based on my web series "Cooking With Ricky". Each of the dishes in this book are ones that were used in the web series during the first season consisting of 12 episodes. Every episode featured a unique recipe.
I am a recent graduate of Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut. Im also in the pursuit of an apprenticeship program to further enhance my skills and knowledge. I am an avid at home cook with a true passion for food.
