I love to cook!!! and unfortunately I love to eat good food. I also like to experiment and try new recipes all the time. I subscribe to many cooking magazines. Each month I go through each magazine several times then tear out recipes that I want to try. These recipes are then either made right away or put in a file for later. I also have a system where I'll write poor, good, very good or excellant next to the recipe, say in a recipe book that I don't want to tear the pages out of. Anything less than an excellant is eaten but not written down for try again. Once I give a recipe an excellant then I type it into the computer along with a picture of the prepared food for a future cookbook to be put together and shared with family and friends.
