As one of fourteen children living on a hillside in rural Oklahoma during the 1950s and 1960s, life was full of adventures. I hope to share a few of those with you in a rhythmic style.

I was raised in a world where manners, adventures, and running free in the hillside of our little country town was not a mother's worst fear. I have journaled for years about life with thirteen siblings. I think in rhymes and so I write.
