Thamer and David have been creating cookbooks every year since 2006 as Christmas presents for their families. All recipes that they have tried out, tweaked or created are preserved and shared with family and friends. This year, Thamer, who is a Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, will share recipes that she has created or tweaked incorporating the six tastes and cooking for different doshas. An interesting jouney where exploring new spices, vegetables and oils has made a flavor filled difference in our diet and health!
