This poetry book is a journey through my own personal thoughts from the rawest perspective. These writings mean more to me than they ever could to anyone else, and yet the true honesty makes them connect to any reader.

Coming from a background of inconsistency and fear, I made the decision to break chains of anxiety and depression through literature. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program and working full time as a behavioral technician, I find release in shoving all of my messy thoughts onto a single page, or in this case, a book. My hope is to show that the brain is an insanely complex organ that manifests unbelievable truths and falses all at once. I believe my purpose is found in helping others, and to know that these words might do that, brings me an immense amount of joy.
