Vincent (Vinnie) Michael Mayer II is a hilarious kid who loves to write, draw, crack jokes, play video games, and other stuff that isn't really coming to mind now. He is a 12 year old boy and he is a loveable little cookie. He has three older sisters named Victoria (Vicky), Ashley, and Carly. He has a pet cat named Penelope who shares a similar personality to Vinnie. Wacky. Vinnie also has a mom and dad that are sometimes nice but are sometimes a little mean.
