Dora Greenyarn is a virtuous, owerful girl who enjoys boxing. She becomes fascinated by Dracula who can stop trucks with his bare hands. She doesn't understand why he's so standoffish.
Her best friend, a sweet phoenix called Miss, helps Dora begin to piece together the puzzle. Together, they discover the ultimate weapon - the red, ribbed razor.
When bodies start turning up all over Romania, Dora begins to fear the worst. The phoenix urges her to report Dracula to the police and she knows she should, so what's stopping her?
