Dreaming of Africa... - Reflections from 3 weeks in Kenya

In June of 2010, I spent three weeks in Kisumu, Kenya with Christ's Hope International and a wonderful team of women from California, New York and the Netherlands. We worked alongside the local staff and national volunteers bringing hope and compassion to those affected by and infected with HIV/AIDS. It was a privilege I will never forget. At the end of our trip, as a transition, we traveled to the Masai Mara where we enjoyed 3 days of safari.

God's creation...from the people, to the animals, to the landscape and more... It was all simply amazing!
