24 boys who are stranded on an island and one night, Jason is mistaken for the beast and Mark, Corby and the other boys attack Jason as Edward and an overweight boy named Fatty stand by without offering help to either side. Jason lays dead after being beaten to death. The boys step on Jason's dead body in a primitive gesture of hatred for the unknown. All of the boys take a turn stepping on Jason's lifeless body. The next day at night, Mark steals Fatty's glasses and the next day, Corby throws a boulder at Fatty and Fatty falls to the ground and dies. The next day, Mark sets the jungle on fire to smoke Edward out and Edward runs with Mark, Corby and the other boys behind Edward chasing Edward with spears until Edward falls onto the sand and sees a naval officer standing in front of him and a helicopter and marine officers and they all get rescued.
