Eli Fonte is the bravest boy in his third grade class. But paying a visit to the doctor's office to get his flu shot instills him with a sense of panic (he HATES needles). But learning about germs and his body's immune response makes the process much less painless for the brave little elephant.

I've recently received degrees in French and Biology and I am currently pursuing a graduate program in the medical field. I wrote this book for the thousands of children out there who (like Eli) have a "terreur folle" of needles and doctor's visits.
