About Author
When mom was diagnosed with cancer in May, her granddaughter, Beth asked her to write a story. Mom always dreamed of being a children's author so when Beth's firt baby was to be born, she asked mom to write a story for the new baby.
Mom was excited and when she was hospitalized in July 2017, her vision for the book was born. Unfortunately, her time was not long and she wasn't able to get the book done.
When hospice started to care for her, they asked her about her goals. Immediately, mom told them she longed to get her story from her head to the page. With the loving help of 2 wonderful hospice volunteers, they helped her do just that. Two days before mom died, she heard the finished project and saw the scetches. She told us she thought it was perfect. "I can't believe they made this come true."
Ella's Dream was born.
