This book is dedicated to my family and to the memory of Mama and Daddy. This is a collection of recipes that Mama and Daddy cooked often through the years. Their cooking wasn't fancy but it was always filling.

I'm the youngest of three children. When I got married, I couldn't cook anything. Everytime I cooked for the first year, I was on the phone with Mama. If it wasn't for she and Daddy, I couldn't cook today.
