This book I am writing is based on my own life an the traumatizing events that I have been through over the past few years and it had led up to me attempting to commit Suicide back on January 07,2024 which had me in a coma from January 07,2024 until January 12,2024.It is also gone have helpful tips an ideas to help others who are like me an have been through the same thing I have been so that they can help them before it's to late an they end up hurting them self or there family an close friend's an this is also gone help the ones they love that are or have to go through what I had to wit someone they are close to cuz it isn't the easiest to go through especially alone but even harder wen it's someone who u love or are close to cuz they don't understand what is going on wit themselves an then for u all to learn or have to learn bout what they have at the same time that they are cuz u don't know how to help what to do to comfort them or how to help them an understand them.

Hi, my name is Cassie Ann Ainsworth by birth. I am 36 years old I was born June 29,1988 in Robbinsdale Minnesota, Hennepin County. I together have six children I have three girls an three boys I have two girls who are 13 an 10 years old then I had a boy who is now 8 years old then I had a another girl who is now 7 years old now then I had another boy who is now 4 years old then I had another boy who is now 2 years old I have four different babies fathers an the 8 and 7 year old have the same dad an then the 4 an 2 year old have the same father. I had been engaged up until jus I want to say a couple weeks ago. Wen he had finally decided to be honest an breakup wit me after cheating on me for a whole month an then lying to me bout being wit someone else an telling me he still loved me an wanted to be wit me which had been a lie. All he did is lie to me.
