I was born in Louisiana and grew up surrounded by some of the best home grown food and family cooks that never failed to tantalize my taste buds. Most of them are gone now, so this cookbook is an effort to carry on the family tradition of preparing the best Cajun food that is sure to bring you back through it's pages again, and again.
