Born on October 17th in Birmingham, AL Courtney Jones is making her writer’s debut in her new series of animated children's book. As a Well-known professional basketball star she uses her passion for kids that she has gained traveling the world during her basketball experience to fuel her inspiration for the highly anticipated collection. The well-known Louisiana State University Alumni now works as a Data Specialist for the Montgomery Public School System in Alabama. She is the CEO of her family's cleaning business and is also the founder of the Courtney Jones Youth Scholarship program for young women. Jones will soon be earning her Master’s degree in Nutritional Science in which she hopes to later become a clinical dietitian dedicating her time and efforts to help find a cure for diabetes in pregnant women and infants. With so much on her schedule, her proudest moments are spending time with her 3 year old daughter, Jada green.
