Since I was a little girl I remember my favorite food was on a Sunday. It was a day of home baking, roast dinner and family time. The tradition of home baking and cooking comes from a long generation of enthusiastic eaters. In my family we love food. And in order cook the ideal dish you need to enjoy what you are cooking.
This book is the first in what will be a series of easy cook recipes. Some of the recipes have been passed down through the family’s generations and some have been collected from various trips around the globe.
I wanted to share some of my family recipes as they have provided a lot of joy and filled a lot of tummies over the years.

Originally from the UK I have spent time in Japan and now live with my husband in North Carolina in the USA. Through our many journeys we have missed our family’s home cooking. This prompted me to collect our favorite recipes so wherever we travel we will always have a taste of home not far away.
