Mary Herrington has been on the journey to health since 2009 when she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. She also suffers from multiple food allergies, including but not limited to dairy, corn, sesame and nightshades.
In 2010 she opened the first gluten free bakery in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Her breads, cakes and cookies made news and were featured in many grocery stores and restaurants.
