H. W. "Rex" Foster, native Texan, was born December 25, 1930, fought in the Korean War and married Ranelle Herring on December 22, 1953. "Rex" served as a Dallas fireman for more than thirty years and he cooked at the Fire Station on a regular basis. Rex and Ranelle raised their four children to honor God and cherish family. Their four children, Harold, Sam, Anna & Lisa continue to pass on the Foster Legacy of tasty food, wonderful southern hospitality and celebration of laughter to the children and grandchildren for generations to come.
