Dylan Osborn was born in the year of 2003 and is now nine years old, He loves to study weather and write stories based on huge events, like tornadoes. Dylan lives with his mom and dad and brother named, Parker. He lives in Cumming, Iowa. Dylan goes to Jordan Creek Elementary.
