Former owner of Doreen's Gourmet in Roanoke VA, my love for cooking and teaching goes on.. Throughout the past ten years, I have taught cooking classes that have inspired many people in Virginia.. Without the love, patience and confidence from my family, I would not have gone this far in this venture.... I want to thank many friends and family that have inspired my to write this cookbook.
