Writing poetry about real life experiences became a hobby at the age of 13.

Facing many life challenging experiences in her own life, have motivated her to share her poetry with others.
Her lifelong dream has been to give back to the children of Jamaica that are destitute and in need of help to rise above their circumstances, be the best they can be & to help empower young people; for this cause she founded
“Reflections of Hope’, a non-profit foundation dedicated to helping the less fortunate children in Jamaica & the Caribbean.
I believe poetry is the expression of our innermost self. My work is inspired by Life, Tears and Sorrow, Joys and Laughter, Love and Prayers.
These are a selection of poems inspired by events, situations, and circumstances in the lives of myself, family and friends.
There are a few special dedications, to people who have inspired me and have been a positive influence in my life. To these people I say a special
Thank You.
