We are two sisters who wanted their mother's style of cooking passed down to our children, nieces and nephews. We were born in Roccamorice, Italy, but emigrated to Canada in the early 1950's. While we are very proud of our Canadian citizenship, we never forgot our roots and visit Italy often. With this book we hope to inspire our children to also remember their ancestry.
